VDSL1/2
VDSL2 can deliver up to 100Mbps symmetric bandwidth over one pair of copper wire and it is a cost effective access solution for broadband and other high speed services, such as Video, VoIP and other Ethernet based services.
Millinet's MVD20024 is a high performance VDSL1/2 pizza-box type DSLAM, providing 24 subscriber ports and up to 4 FE/GE uplinks. Due to its small footprint and high operating temperature (60 degree C), it is ideal for deploying in the building TBE environment. MVD20024 supports non-blocking wire speed layer 2 switching and advanced QoS features, which are the keys for the service providers to deliver multimedia (voice and viddeo) services.
With the support of full range of VLAN id and QinQ, service providers can have a greater flexibility to provide business Ethernet based services (e.g. Metro Ethernet). MVD20024 also featrues the OLR (Online Reconfiguration) capability, which can provide a more robust line stability against noise.

EFM
EFM (Ethernet File Mile) is a copper access technology evolved from the SHDSL/SHDSL.bis standard. The beauty of EFM is the capability of bonding multiple copper pairs to form a logical bond group for bigger bandwidth and higher resiliency. A single pair of EFM can deliver up to 5.7Mbps symmetric bandwidth over a loop distance of more than 1km and each bond group can support up to 8 pairs of EFM line, so the maximum speed per bond group is around 45Mbps symmetric.

GPON
GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network) is an emerging fiber access technology which provides a bandwidth of 2.5Gbps downstream and 1.25Gbps upstream. Each GPON can support up to 128 subscribers within a distance of 20km by using class C laser optics. Since GPON doesn't require active components at the fiber plant, it is a high speed and yet cost-effective (in both CAPEX and OPEX) access technology.
Zhone provides cost-effective and feature-rich EFM and GPON solutions, which is an ideal unified access platform for service providers.

OTN
G.709 OTN (Optical Transport Network) is a transparent layer one technonlogy which defines a digital wrapper and signal hierachy from 1.2Gbps (OPU0) to 104Gbps (OPU4). It is similar to the traditional SDH/SONET but it is much less complex and higher speed.
One of the main advantages of OTN is FEC (Forward Error Correction), FEC can provide a strong error detection and correction capability which results in a coding gain of 3~6dB so that optical signal can travel in a longer span with less power. OTN is optimized for carrying different kinds of client signal, with the integration of DWDM/CWDM, OTN can transport massive amount of data in a reliable and effective manner.
BTI Systems is a leading OTN vendor in the market place, whose multiprotocol transponders and muxponders make use of the advanced features of OTN to deliver high speed layer one transport and aggregation, supporting Ethernet (GbE and 10GbE), Fiber Channel (1G/2G/4G/10G), Video (DVB-ASI) and SDH/SONET.

Optical Media Converter
Media conversion is a very simple way to provision services from the edge of the service provider network to the subscribers, it is also very common in point-to-point applications.
IMC Networks provides both manageable and unmanaged layer one and layer two media conversion products. Layer one products can provide true transparency for subscriber traffic while layer two products can provide more features, such as rate limiting, QoS, VLAN marking and etc.
